Founder / Owner / President
Stacey Long is a North Carolina native and the founder of Hearing Billing Solutions, which she launched in 2014. With over 11 years of experience in the audiology industry, she has built strong relationships to ensure top-tier service for her clients.
Stacey is dedicated to keeping both her employees and clients informed with the latest industry insights to help maximize revenue streams. She remains hands-on in every aspect of the business—personally leading all consulting sessions and bootcamps while maintaining a daily presence in the office. Her leadership style is rooted in hard work, mentorship, and empowerment, which has been key to Hearing Billing Solutions' growth and success.
Outside of work, Stacey has a passion for travel, boating at the lake, coaching college and competitive all-star cheerleading and spending quality time with her growing family.
Meredith Callicutt
Account Manager | Executive Assistant to CEO Stacey Long
Meredith Callicutt brings over 15 years of expertise in account management and client relations, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client partnerships. She attended Peace College for Business Administration, with this Meredith has cultivated a broad industry background, with particular specialization over the past five years in insurance billing management. Her focus on streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency has made her a trusted resource in her field.
Meredith’s commitment to excellence was recognized with the prestigious Golden Spoke Award from Wells Fargo, highlighting her outstanding contributions and dedication. She is passionate about truly understanding her clients' needs and providing tailored solutions that drive their success.
Outside of work, Meredith is a devoted wife and mother of two. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family, boating at the lake, and pursuing her love of flowers and floral design.
Merideth Stevenson
Verification Department Manager
Merideth Stevenson is an experienced Verification Manager at HBS, where she’s contributed to the team for over four years. In her role for the past year, she’s focused on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in verification processes, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
When she's not managing verifications, Merideth enjoys attending concerts, traveling to new destinations, and spending quality time with her family and friends. A proud dog owner, she shares her home with Winston, her beloved canine companion, who is always ready for an adventure.
Merideth is passionate about work-life balance, and her diverse interests outside the office fuel her drive and creativity in the workplace.
Adrianna Evans
Credentialing & Billing Department Manager
With over seven years of experience in credentialing, Adrianna Evans has built a strong foundation in the field, having spent the last four years in a leadership role as Credentialing Manager. Her expertise spans all aspects of credentialing processes, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the highest standards are met.
Outside of her professional achievements, Adrianna is a proud dog mom to her beloved pup, Otis. In her downtime, she enjoys unwinding by the lake, diving into a good book, or soaking in the atmosphere at live concerts.
Adrianna is committed to both her career and personal life, always striving to find balance while nurturing her love for adventure and the simple joys of life.
Kim Fenn

Kimberly Fenn is an experienced billing, credentialing, and verification specialist with a strong background in managing complex administrative tasks in the healthcare industry. With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, Kimberly ensures seamless processes for healthcare providers and organizations, improving operational efficiency and compliance.
Outside of her professional work, Kimberly is a dedicated wife and mother of three, balancing family life with her passions for painting, cooking, and anime. She enjoys expressing her creativity through art and finds joy in preparing meals for her loved ones. Kimberly is driven by a passion for learning and always seeks to expand her skill set in both her professional and personal life.

Outside of her professional achievements, Megan is a dedicated family woman. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, making the most of their time together. An avid lover of the outdoors, Megan finds relaxation in nature and is most at ease while sitting by a fire, appreciating the simple joys of life.
Christy Blalock
Office Administrator
Christy Blalock has a decade of experience in the audiology billing industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and an energetic approach to her work. She has a Bachelors in Social Work from Meredith College and is passionate about efficiency and excellence. she is dedicated to helping practices navigate the complexities of billing with ease.
Outside of work, Christy enjoys exploring new restaurants and cherishing time with her family and beloved pups.

Lead Billing Specialist
Kimberly Whitley has nine years of experience in the audiology billing industry and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to her clients. She goes above and beyond by fostering strong relationships with each of her offices, ensuring her commitment is reflected in the quality of her work. Known for her outstanding organization and communication skills, Kimberly is a trusted professional in her field.
As a military spouse, she has embraced the opportunity to explore new places with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and creating memories with her husband, children and pets.
